I'm in the military, and my brakes went out on my last day of leave and had to get back to base. I called everyone explaining my situation, and everyone told me to wait till Monday. Then I called Joe's, and they told me they'll bump me to the front of the line just come on over, and they'll get me squared away. This is one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. On top of that, the technicians at Joe's know their trade and stand by their work. It looks like Joe's has a permanent customer when I'm in town.

Joes alignment highly recommended. Brought my 2002 tundra in for a rack and pinion replacement and J told me exactly what parts and what time it would be ready. Thanks J for a great job!!!

Absolutely worst experience Ive ever had a mechanic. Left my suburban there for a month and a half. Every week he had an excuse for why he didn’t work on it. First it was a missing part then it was “ran out of time”. Finally just took it elsewhere. You will be disappointed with the fast talking and lack of effort and movement. Beware

Brought the car in because of recommendation. Alignment was done within 15-20 mins. I drove the car and noticed that the steering wheel was not straight afterward. Told Joe and he wasnt happy and told me it was the road not even or I was too much and told me he's been doing this for over 20 yrs. After convincing him, he made adjustment to the tie rods but still was off. But he already had another car on the lift and told me he is behind. I would never come back. Told the person who recommended me and he wont recommend to anyone anymore. Adjusting the tie rod should not take long and he needs to work on his customer service.

Joe's does great work. I brought in a Toyota 4x4 with some front toe issues. Despite being busy, they were done very quickly and brought my toe back into spec. Will definitely be returning to Joe's!
