UPDATE: I was provided with the receipts today. Thanks Immediate Request for Receipts on BMW Service I had hoped not to escalate matters to this point, but after numerous unsuccessful attempts to obtain receipts for the work completed on my BMW’s AC system back in April as well as the receipts for the recent work done on the alternator and serpentine belt. I find it necessary to address this more directly. All I am asking for is the complete set of receipts for the services rendered on my vehicle. It is unreasonable for this process to take so long, especially considering we were charged more for an alternator and serpentine belt replacement than for the full AC system repair labor and parts. I expect these receipts to be provided without further delay. I have provided you with all the necessary information to proceed. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Joe quoted me a price to install brakes on my Honda. He finished the job and demanded 3x the original agreed price. Came back to write this negative review after I heard he scammed another customer for $1000 this week! Do not recommend.

Joe answer the phone on a Sunday after hours. He heard my story and realized my family needed the vehicle tomorrow…. He showed up ready to work no matter what the project was! After he plugged in his light and diagnose the issue first try, he was able to repair it in a short amount of time and get me and my family back on the road!!! he worked with me on the price and help me to understand the severity! Joe took time to make sure my family was going to be safe on the road!!! I value that! Five stars all the way on both times with our experiences using Joe ‘s mobile mechanic!

Used his service today didnt even disconnect fuel pump and didnt test the fuel pump still charged 160$ without even fixing anything and was rude when i asked him if he had disconnected the fuel line to test if it pumps
