Chuck and Joey were absolutely helpful. Patient and extremely professional. I had a special request for my replacement bumper and they were able to honor that. 10/10 job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

Joey is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to help me. I needed to fix a small dent on the upper lift cage of my car. Joey gave me a good estimate. Then I went to another highly rated body shop recommended by a friend. That body shop gave me an estimate almost twice as Joey's. I told them Joey's estimate is much cheaper. They claimed that my car has a special white color, and they needed to work on the lower piece as well thus twice the labor, which is a rip off. I went back to Joey's and told him about the car color and lower piece. Joey told me not to worry about it and he would take care of everything for the price he offered with the same color and without working on the lower piece. Yes, they did an awesome job of restoring my car to the original look! After my car was repaired, I could not drive the rental car back on the same day due to busy schedules. Joey helped me contact Enterprise and allowed me to park the car at their shop for pickup. I am so happy and grateful to find a great body shop and had a great experience. Thanks! Highly recommend!!!

Excellent service! When my car stalled on me on the way to the shop the owner himself went to help me on the side of the road. The insurance didn’t even assign the car to Joes yet and he was caring enough to help. The body work came out perfect.

Most of us don't look forward to visiting a body shop. But when the need arises, Joey's IS the place. My Honda's front bumper took a strong uppercut from a curb, knocking it ajar. Joey: 1. Listened to me, what I wanted. I was hoping to salvage the large plastic bumper IF possible (less waste). Other shops just said they'd replace everything (easy labor, more parts). 2. Rough estimate was lower than other shops. 3. Good reviews from other customers 4. Convenient location 5. State Farm approved As I needed the car, I didn't take it in for the actual repair for another 2 weeks. Joey remembered me and what we'd discussed, showing you're a person. Never felt rushed in our discussions; Joey took the time for a personal service. He said he'd call in a couple of hours with the exact quote. 2 hours later, he did, and it was less than the rough estimate. He did need to replace the bumper but he explained why. Said it would be ready in 3 working days. 3rd day, he called, said it was ready. Repairs were excellent, bumper seamless, no wind noise. Excellent work, excellent customer service, excellent price, all done in excellent time. Hoping to not have to revisit a body shop, but if I ever do, Joey's would be the place I'd go.

My experience at Joey's autocenter was excellent from start to finish. Both Joey and Chuck were super friendly and helpful. Repairs were made quickly and my car looks like new. They even helped me line up a rental car.I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Joey and Chuck. Very happy 😊
