Have been taking all our cars to John for over 30 years. He is honest, fair and has always done a good job for us. He is usually really busy, so it could take a day or two to get in.

I don't know how honest he was. Asked for a diagnostic and he didn't even look at the car. Brought in a truck beforehand said it was a cylinder issue and another mechanic fixed a loose spark plug. Charged for something to get diagnosed incorrectly and not fixed doesn't add up.

THE AUTORS ON THE REVIEW BOARD ,WHO ARE THEY ?!!!!!! I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THIS SHOP SEVERAL TIMES IN PAST ALMOST 4 AND A HALF YEARS .WHY ? BECAUSE AS FOR ONE MY VEHICALS ARE NEW , SO THEY DO NOT NEED MUCH SERIOUS ATTANTION AS THEY ARE ROULENLY MAINTAINED AND SECON,ONE OF THEIR EMPMLYEE /TECHINCIAN SAID THEY ARE GOOD . BUT THE SHOP NEVER PICKS UP YOUR PHONE OR NEVER RETURN MESSAGE .TOO GOOD ? TOO BUSY ? OH ,SO YOU DO NOT HAVE EVEN A CLARK TO ANSER A CUSTOMER'S CALL ? DO YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS HERE BE YOUR OWN JUDGE .GODD LUCK WHAT HAPPENS ONE YOU LEAVE YOUR VEHICAL FOR REPAIR WITH THEM ?

brought m 1995 mustang gt needed a few serious problems fixed got the car back after like 4 weeks and then it overheated instantly like he didn’t even test drive it after then i took it back said the radiator cap was bad took it back then over heated again took it back he said that dan was not working “fixed fan” and still over heating, he obviously does not know what he is doing i recommend dynamic automotive on arrow much rather than john also has terrible communication and won’t tell you unless you go to him and ask zero stars if i could complete waste of thousands of dollars.

Honest, quick, reasonably priced. I took my truck to John's on the recommendation of a friend, and I was very pleased and impressed. I already had a fair idea what was wrong, but said nothing other than symptoms, to see what he came back with. And he came back with the simple problem - no upselling, no unneeded work recommended. The work was done at the time promised for the price promised. UPDATE: I've been back to John's three times, and my original review stands. John never disappoints. Honest, quick, extremely competent.
