My experience here at John Hinder Ford has been a 50-50 my salesman Earl Harper great guy Guy really helped with all my questions and details of everything and the manager. Taylor was very helpful, but I bought a truck and less than seven days later it broke down, kept dying on me when I come to stop, and they can’t figure it out What’s wrong with it so they have an engineer coming to look at it and they can figure it out and hopefully my warranty actually covers it. They said 50-50 and may not but let’s hope since I bought it less than a week ago they make it right because I can’t afford a big old repair bill Right now, I am very stressed out but other than that very nice and professional people . Give them a five star on there politeness of their sales people, and managers.

Excellent customer service! When I walk in a dealer I know what I want, down to the little details, and I know what it’s worth. Lane and Seth treated me like a human being, we discussed the details straight up, no BS. They worked for me, and I gave them some additional upgrades to get them some money back. Fair deal all the way around, I could not be happier with my experience. Highly recommended if you live in the area and are looking for a Ford, stop in and see these folks! Out of all the things I am loyal too, dealers are not typically it, however these folks will definitely see me again in the future.

I came in with my wife and we were looking for a specific vehicle. It was a 2017 Dodge Journey GT. I received help from Dylan Little. Dylan was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our visit. We also did a test drive and are very happy with the vehicle. It took a little time, but we we're able to get the vehicle. Thank you for everything to Dylan Little and John Hinderer Ford for the great experience of purchasing a vehicle.

* New Vehicle purchase experience * I initially had some issues with my sales experience but Justin Hinderer called me and made it right. I returned to the dealership and completed the deal with no issues. I got my car home and noticed the airbox covers were removed and laying on the back leather seat. The coolant level was also low. I realized there was a few things missing for the car and contacted the salesman who agreed to get them to me. I drove back to the dealership and picked up the items. While I was there, I asked if I should put the airbox covers on or leave them off and about the coolant being low. I overheard the service manager tell the salesman to tell me to just drive the car and enjoy it. I don't appreciate those remarks over 2 simple questions. I returned home and later while cleaning my car I noticed the front rubber piece under the radiator cover was smashed down and pinched in between the grill on one side where John Hinderer Ford had the bumper cover off and didn't reinstall it correctly. I also found the fuse box cover was loose and not installed correctly as it was pushed up by a coolant hose. I reached out to Mr Hinderer and haven't heard back. I expected better service from a dealership and I shouldn't have to be fixing errors made by the mechanic.
