John's Auto Care

Just want to say thank you to John's Auto Care. My mother has brought her car now twice to him and both times they have done the work in a timely manner and at a VERY REASONABLE RATE. We were quoted over 2 grand at a dealer down the road for the work (granted its a dealer, always is more) but we brought it to John for a second opinion and he saved us a lot of money and we are so grateful. It's nice to know my mom has a place to go to where they will be honest with her about what needs to be done. Thank you again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

2020 Kia Sportage SUV I called this shop in a panic because the original mechanic that I asked for help could not help me and I freak out when the littlest thing happens to my car…. Lol but anywho, I called John’s Auto Care because I had a brake light out on the driver side of my car. I changed the bulb twice and checked the socket and everything looked fine. I do not have any wiring skills but I felt like this may be the culprit. John’s Auto Care made me a same day appointment and his customer service was amazing, he explained to me what may have been the cause and also gave me a rough estimate for a potential repair. I am extremely pleased with the service that I’ve received from this shop and I highly recommend them! You won’t be sorry! They are all very professional. The waiting area was comfy and quiet and I just enjoyed the overall experience! Oh and they have a kid play area! How cute ☺️& most importantly- the costs were very very reasonable and extremely lower than a dealership!

After much research and reading alot of reviews I decided to go with this place. They stay very busy and for a good reason which is they do great work. They have good prices on their repair work which isn't the cheapest as in not backyard shade tree mechanic prices but then again this is also not backyard shade tree quality work either. Not that there's anything wrong with that and there are some excellent mechanics that don't have a shop to work from and that's ok and if you know one then that's a great option but the other side of things are if you're looking for a reputable business and good quality work from a professional quality auto repair center then this is it. The repair costs are very fair and competitive and about half what you'd expect to pay from a dealership and much faster turn around time. This place is a 10 out of a 10.

Honest, friendly and professional I heard about John's Auto shop from my coworkers, and they do not disappoint. I went in for brake and tire, and they let me know honestly my tires were fine and do not need to be changed, these folks are good people I hope they never go out of business, the world need more people like the good folks at John's

Had a tensioner pulley fail on my Jeep New Year’s Day. Left it where it was that night since there wasn’t anything open. Looked at reviews for the shops nearby and found this place. Stopped in the shop the next day and asked a few questions. As a result, decided to have my vehicle towed here. They were honest and upfront, setting expectations early. Pleasantly surprised when they finished on time and at the expected cost. I’ll try their services a couple more times before I make them my absolute go-to, but they’re off to a great start!
