AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I had a brand new AC compressor that I provided installed by these guys back in 2021 it has worked perfect ever since. On 8/14/24 I had them install a new serpentine belt that I provided and on 9/3/24 the AC compressor ceased to function. A few days later as I was doing my own oil change, I noticed the serpentine belt had severe damage to it only caused by the mechanic who had a hard time installing it and used the wrong tools to put it on as he pried it on. I sent Johnny a text with pictures of the damage and he called me and we talked about the issue, I asked him to refund $133.92 the cost of labor and the cost of the belt I bought, he offered to refund only $100 and told me to come in on 9/9/24 and that he did not want to do business we me anymore. When I went in he again asked me why I was asking for a refund and why I think he is responsible, he went back on his word and refused to refund anything. I am now out a working compressor and a serpentine belt. I have the car at another shop doing all the repairs now since I do not trust his word or shop any longer. He tried to make me feel guilty for always bringing in parts for him to install and that it was the car that caused the damage to the serpentine belt by having wobbly pulley's, which it does not and as far as the AC compressor going out, it was just bad timing he said. He needs to know that if a customer goes into his shops to work on something and if something related to the work done stops working that he is responsible and should not put the blame on the customer and say "were you watching the mechanic, did you see him mess it up?" Yea bro I did see him have trouble as you know I am always watching right? How can a new belt have that damage if the AC compressor did not seize or there are no bad pulley's, it is simple, your mechanic damaged the belt which led to the AC compressor going bad. You act as if I wanted you to buy me a new AC compressor, I just wanted a simple refund and you failed to put the customer first because your offer of $100 was too much for you.

I had went to Johnny’s after trying Experiencing A lot of trouble when it came to fixing a small issue. I had to have my exhaust manifold on my 2012 Dodge ram 1500 pick up truck remove as well as place an insert Into the engine block where the exhaust manifold mounts up. Other mechanics wanted to rip the whole engine out, they wanted to tear apart the truck in order to Tap and re-thread, They wanted to charge me thousands but after coming to Johnny, he knew what it took. He was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and had the best guy to work on my truck. I was able to meet Johnny father who was there inside the shop. He was a very nice gentleman and very, very empathetic to troubles that I had going on, reassure me and made me feel confident and Mechanic process, and this that I work on my own vehicles, but came across a problem where I needed to careful, steady hand strongly strongly, advise anyone for any troubles please visit Johnny radiators he will not steer you wrong and he will not rip you off. Even his father says in the high desert, he’s not on a mission to rob people of their money for car repair not like 85% of the mechanics out here Hesperia automotive big apple automotive Town & Country basically a big majority of the shops that rain out here in the high desert will rip you off. Johnny kept honest and kept his word and with his skill hands, he made it a blessing from my truck to come back to action and now it’s ready for the road. Great service, everyone is so nice and very professional. Johnny is humble, easy to talk to and knows what he is doing. The staff is always willing to help as well. I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with them and they did the best work! Even when they are extremely busy, they make time for you

I had moved here 18 months ago and the mover damaged my air compressor by dropping off the truck. I had this compressor since the 70’s . He put a whole in it the size of a pencil in the air & oil separator. I spent months trying to get a welder or metal fabricator to try to fix it. Called the manufacturer the part was no longer available. I took it go several welders that could do nothing because it was made out of cast metal. So I called Johnnys they specialize in braising they based it up in less than 5 minutes with a ceramic brazing rod and a torch and then added some J B weld looks good and now works great again ! Thank you Johnny senior you are the best!!

Johnny's Auto Repair helped fix my 2002 toyota camry from a noise coming from the catalytic converter. I thought it was going to be something major, but thanks to them, they were able to tell me the problem and fix it for me at a reasonable price.
