I brought my Mercedes in for a diagnostic to try and figure out what was going on with the car, Chris was more than willing to help me out and give me a reasonable and specific quote. Chris told me what I needed to fix first to keep my car running well. After Chris worked on my car to replace motor mounts and fix a misfire, it’s driving amazingly and I’m so grateful I found an honest mechanic!

I took my '87 BMW 325i there over 10yrs ago- and still remember they were able to fix it when no one else could figure out the issue. The price was very reasonable - and I would've saved a lot of money had I just gone to see them first! I still think about that! Soon afterwards, I drove cross country to CA with no issues. I'm back in Avl now, and if I get another bmw I'd certainly go here.

Chris Joyner runs the best BMW service shop that I have been to hands down! I recommend all of my BMW friends to him. I drive over 1.5 hours to use his services, because he is so much better than the dealerships. He also is more experienced to deal with your BMW than most other private shops because he specializes in them. Chris not only does excellent work, but he genuinely cares about the health of his customers cars and walks you through what is wrong and makes sure you know how your car is doing. He is also very fairly priced. Unlike the dealership service centers, this shop is extremely honest. Chris does whatever it takes to make the situation right. In conclusion, this is the best shop around for miles and miles. My 100 mile drive is very well worth it.

Chris & Team are outstanding. He fixed a bunch of things on my '08 BMW X5 and he tackled a super tricky issue with my sunroof and it works better than ever. Chris is honest, fair and does excellent work at a great price (especially compared to the dealer). Highly recommend and I'll be bringing my BMW only to Chris from now on for repairs.
