Super Fast. Parked and walked 3 steps and he was already asking me about help. Within 5 minutes my car was jacked up and he was on it. Very Cheap tire and my Volvo is very happy.

Called Jrs tires a few days ago to get a quote on tires. The ones I had were already falling apart. Got a great quote for the exact tire sizes I requested. Front was 235/35 r19 Rear was 245/40 r19 for Michellin. I called back on Wednesday night to set an appt for Thursday morning at 9am. They called me at 830am to tell me that tires would not be here until 10am, so I told him that fine, as long as I could be home by 12 for the start of my shift. (I work from home 2.5 miles away). Got to Jrs tires, and my tires were still not delivered until 20 minutes later. The installation was complete at 1115. I was already getting a good deal, but I did ask if they offered a military discount, so the guy called his boss and asked in SPANISH “ (assuming I don’t speak Spanish?)The lady wants to know if we offer a military discount? It’s the lady that had the tires delivered for 255/35 and 225/40.” WHAT!! Those were NOT the size I ordered! So when he hung up, I asked him did I hear you correctly? Are those different size tires than the ones I ordered? He tried to tell me that there’s basically the same and there’s not really any difference! Mind you, this is my son’s car. He works graveyard, so I was handling this for him.. It’s a 2000 Lexus SC 300. This is a sought-after car and he takes pride in the way that it looks! Although to the average person, this may not look like a big difference that’s slight three-quarter inch difference of height is a BIG deal! He tried to tell me “oh, I thought the girl told you about the different size”. (Referring to the girl that delivered the tires) I told him I had no interaction with that girl other than to say “good morning “. There were repeated attempts to get me to concede and accept the tires, and the alternative was to put on the old tires and risk my safety driving the car back home because I need to start work at 12 o’clock! I waited half hour for them to make this right and they didn’t. I truly believe that they were trying to sell me those tires to get rid of some old/ xtra stock and didn’t think I was gonna figure notice them trying to pull the wool over my eyes. So now I am missing one hour of work in addition to over two hours of my life that I will never get back in addition to having them put back my old tires, risking my safety (they are shredding on the inside/dangerous). Luckily, I got a quote from a nearby tire shop for $100 more for TOYO tires, but I’ll need to wait until tomorrow for the install AND they offer military discount! (Pic is with the tire sizes I requested). DO NOT TRUST JR’s tires!

Been here since 730 am. Supposed to be open at 8 am. Drove all the way from big bear for nothing. If your not going to be open JR. Then make that known. This is bullshit customer service. Never will I support this company again. This is not the first time nor is it the first time your workers can't do there job right either. Shame on you!!

Came in a couple of times to Jrs for tires and I'm always greeted by a professional who takes the time to check out my tires. Today I came in since one of my tires was low and Kevin took the time to see if there was any leaks. I would highly recommend Jrs Tires and Kevin to anyone in the High Desert who is looking for quality and great service. Thank you Kevin for the tremendous help you gabe me today, I feel safer driving on the roads with your service.

Showed up with a leaking tire, a plug wouldn't hold, so he replaced the tire. Less than 15 minutes, and we were back on the road. Awesome customer service! Thank you so much!
