The metal bracket on the radiator popped and leaked damn near all the coolant. Drove right in the shop bay and had everything resolved. All thanks to mechanic MOK who not only fixed the problem yet answered all my questions and explained exactly what happened!!!! Thanks JTS

The 5 star reviews have to be friends and family. There is nothing 5 stars about this company and its service. As someone who also owns a service company this is robbery. If your fine with paying $1556.59 for a $50 seal then go ahead call them. I can guarantee no one can screw you better.

I had a leaf spring break on my enclosed trailer. I called JTS and they were able to get me right in and put a new spring on my trailer. Nick was the mechanic that worked in the trailer for me and he was very fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I would use JTS again without hesitation should I need anything done if I am in the area. Thank you for the phenomenal service.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! STAY AWAY!!! I had a seal blow out on my trailer axle and ended up burning up my wheel bearings. I was charged $2300 for the repair, crazy!!! I drove 150 miles before a part, that they installed, came loose and fell off somewhere on the road. I was stuck again for another 5 hrs . I call the company to let them know my frustration. They said they would call me back. Never got a return call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

OVER CHARGE... Insane price for a seal repair easily a $500-$600 dollar repair ended up $1700. They took advantage of the situation and driver. Stay away and call someone else.
