Junior's Pulaski Auto Repair

Check engine light went on so I called Thursday and was told to come in Friday morning at 830. When I got there I was told I’d have to wait for the owner because he has the computer to run the diagnostic. When asked what time he come in I was told he should be here already so maybe 10/20 minutes. 30 minutes later I’m told the owners till home. So I went elsewhere to get the diagnostic done. When I came back in Monday at 8am again I was told I’d have to wait for the owner who “should be here already” .. again no actual timeframe and I mentioned I’d have to head to work. I had no issue leaving the car and they get back to me but was told I would have to speak to the owner. This is with the diagnostic already done. I waited until 9 before finally going elsewhere and ended up late to work. If the employees can take customers or give info then the owner needs to be there when he says he’s gonna be there. I wasted around 2 hours between 2 days waiting in their shop for nothing. I wasn’t being impatient I asked several times for a time frame when the owner would arrive and was met with “he should’ve been here by now”. Okay and he’s not so can someone call and get an actual time so I’m not wasting 2 mornings sitting here. Guess not

Friendly people and quality repairs. I am pleasantly surprised when I see the bill. They fixed my 'totaled' car for less $ than the insurance payout.

He always prioritizes taking care of my car as soon as possible, ensuring that I never have to wait long for repairs or maintenance. His transparency is unmatched; when I have questions about parts, we review things online, and he shows me where the issues are. When he replaces parts, he shows me the old part after removing it, explaining exactly where the problem was. This level of transparency is truly refreshing in an industry where it can sometimes be hard to find. The entire team at Junior Pulaski Auto Repair is just as impressive. They are all incredibly skilled, friendly, and dedicated to providing top-notch service. It’s amazing to have a trustworthy mechanic in Greenpoint. I've been going to Junior for years. He always does great work. He's not the cheapest but he's not the most expensive either. He's a knowledgeable and reliable mechanic who is worth every penny.
