Just Better fleet Service

I am fortunate that I was referred to Parker and Just Better by a mutual friend and fellow S4 owner. He has provided a sense of relief that I’ve found “my guy.” Parker has a dynamite combination of friendliness and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. His prompt responses, transparent communication, and willingness to help made an immediate impression on me and demonstrated that he has a service mindset. Like a teacher who never forgot what it’s like to be a student, it’s clear that Parker has not forgotten what it’s like to be the client. I came to Parker because I needed to replace the brake rotors and pads on my S4. I had purchased the parts but didn’t have the tools or space (or confidence) to do it myself. The same day I reached out to him from my friend’s introduction, he was quick to respond that he’d love to take care of it and began asking further discovery questions. I dropped off my car the morning of and was delighted that I wasn’t immediately shooed away like I have been at some other shops. We inspected the parts I brought to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as even taking a brief tour of the shop. My car was ready for pickup by the early afternoon, and he even replaced the battery in my key fob when I off-handedly mentioned that I’d been meaning to do it. It’s small details like these in addition to the quality main service that help me trust that the right thing will be done instead of hoping that I won’t get ripped off. In short, my first experience working with Parker was great. It’s been over a week since the service and the brakes have been working perfectly. I look forward to bringing my S4 back to Parker for its next service.

I recently had a bumper installed on my truck by Parker, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! He did an excellent job – the work was high-quality, and he completed it quickly. Parker at Just Better Fleet Service hooked me up with a pretty big job on a DV8 bumper install. To trust him making perfect cuts on my 24 Colorado was a lot but he didn’t disappoint. He worked with me on pickups and drop offs and made it happen even sooner than expected. We drove from Prescott to Tempe for drop off and pickup. Communication, price, and quality was “just better” than most! Awesome place and cool dude, definitely worth your time and money to choose over other shops.

Brought my S4 in to get new coilovers put on, Parker did a great job, even tried his best to get my car done in time a for a meet! Kept me well updated and even sent me pictures as work progressed, which as a car enthusiast was much appreciated. Also fixed up the panel gaps on the hood and fender! Took my 2024 Chevy Colorado in to have ditch lights, fog lights, & aux beam controller installed. Joe was very helpful upon arrival and made sure we had everything figured out gave me a good window of when the truck would be done. They don’t normally work on Saturdays but were willing to go the extra mile for me since I work M-F. Parker is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly I had a bunch of questions about suspension upgrades and some other stuff and he was patient and very helpful in answering all my questions. Would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family. 10/10 install looks like it came from the factory. Thanks again for everything guys, look forward to the next install!
