I would have to give them 5 stars for quality of service but my last visit will probably be my last! The owners little dogs came storming out on the couches and pissed all over the place, including my coat. I told several employees about this and no one offered me a wet wipe or a place to wash my hands! I am disgusted more than anything because the cushions on the couches were pissed on and they just sprayed degreaser on it and wiped it in! Not getting it all up on the back side of the couch and not even offering me at least a few bucks off, nothing! They acted like a customer getting pissed all over was no big deal but I disagree! Shame we are this relaxed with standards anywhere

JZM is reliable, professional, and trustworthy. Coleman and his staff do a great job. It’s a relief to have such a great local shop in the area where you can trust the quality of the work and won’t be up-sold on unnecessary repairs.
