Customer service was excellent and they was able to send out a tow truck at the last minute on Christmas Eve . The people there are professionals at what they do. One more thing people, they even went way and beyond and modify my tow hook plate holder because when I installed it it was causing sensor to good off.. Shoot out to Heather and PePe and the rest of the staff..

From the start when I walked into their office, I was greeted with a smile and the staff was super helpful in getting me situated. They even called Enterprise to set up my car rental. You will see some before and after pictures of my vehicle soon but this team made my car look like it was brand new. Pepe and his team really took care of me and got my vehicle back to me (today) a full week before their estimated time of August 30th. The insurance dealt with the shop so there was never a need for me to go back and forth with them. K & E kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle through this email app that they have that will keep giving you updates at least once or twice a week. Thank you Pepe and team for being so thorough with my vehicle. I am beyond satisfied with the results. Thanks again.

My car got involved in a hit and run and K&E made it look brand new again! I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I had such a pleasant experience with K&E Auto Collision. They repaired my car in a week and returned it extremely clean. They did an amazing job fixing my bumper after an accident. I was having a hard time understanding some things with insurance and Pepe helped me step by step. I’m grateful for the service I received and I highly recommend this shop to anyone. Everyone at the shop is so attentive and helpful.
