2nd time I have taken my c250 for service and very happy with quality of work. First time was battery service and now oil change. They did a thorough job with high quality parts and labor at reasonable price. Highly recommend them to others.

K&S did an amazing job replacing the thermostat in my 2008 mini cooper! I came in with the check engine light on They were able to get me in the same day for a diagnostic and gave me a detailed review of what needed to be fixed as well as their recommendation and even texted photos of the issues they found. They had the best competitive pricing of all the nearby shops I messaged and responded really quickly to all my questions/messages on Yelp. They texted me updates about the process and fixed the car really quickly so I could pick it up next.

I had a terrible experience at K & S Complete Auto Repair. They tried to overcharge me and push an unnecessary battery replacement, claiming my battery was weak. However, after testing it at home, the battery was perfectly fine. The charges were excessively high, and they even added unrelated services with flimsy excuses. For the parts they replaced, they claimed to have ordered directly from the manufacturer, but when I asked for a receipt, they refused. I then requested details about the parts, and that too was denied. This shop does not deserve the five-star reviews it has. I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews earlier. The reality is, once your car gets towed here, it’s hard to take it elsewhere. I highly recommend staying away from this place. If the owner disagrees with my review, I am more than willing to post our conversations and receipts to back up my claims.

Call them on Friday to schedule a maintenance service for my Mercedes GLK 350, including Service B, brake fluid, and transmission fluid. The mechanic on the phone quoted me $800 for the service. I visited the shop today, but the first thing that happened was the mechanic disregarded the price I had been quoted over the phone. Then, he informed me that I needed a rear brake rotation instead of transmission fluid and wanted to charge me over $1400 for the service. I refused to pay that much, so I asked him to only perform Service B, brake fluid, and transmission fluid. He insisted that I didn’t need transmission fluid, so I went back to Service B, brake fluid only, and he wanted to charge me $793. It was a complete waste of my time and gas to drive all the way to this shop, and the most absurd part was that the shop next door charges only $600 for the same service.

K&S always responds quickly and provides clear and reasonable estimates. My car had various problems, but thanks to K&S's appropriate repairs, I can keep driving it. I recommend this shop.
