Kaizen Collision Center did an excellent job on my 2024 Tesla Model Y repairs. Kaizen Collision Center got my Tesla to look brand new again. Ricky Tran was very helpful and did answer all my questions I did have. Ricky gave me excellent customer service and helped putting my mind at ease on the all repairs I needed. I honestly was so impressed from the moment I first called, they got me in right away, gave me a reasonable estimate, scheduled my repairs to get completed in a timely manner, and kept me updated on the process. The receptionist was outstanding by arranging a pick up time that worked out great for me because I live out of town. I’d give Kaizen Collision Center a 5 star rating! If you ever need vehicle repairs, this is your collision shop. Plus they had my Tesla shining like a star and had the interior all clean as well, wow! Thank you Kaizen Collision Center, Ricky and the receptionist, you all made me one happy customer!!

Will not honor warranty + will not pay small court claims case. Advice to anyone considering them: GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING and make sure they detail the work they have done in case they try to get one over on you like they are attempting to do with me. This will serve you well when you take them to court. FYI, I did business with them when they went by Great Plains Auto before they changed their name to Kaizen --- Story Time --- I had my KIA repainted here a few years ago and in conversations with Matt H, I asked to have my entire car painted. I brought my car in and had the car repainted (or at least I thought so). Cut to almost 3.5 years later, the paint started to chip on the hood and passenger door. Naturally, I dug up my receipt with the included 5-year warranty and oh boy has it been a ride. They have refused to honor the warranty and are claiming that they technically never repainted the whole car. Long story short. After going back and forth for months, I decided to take my case to small claims court where in I provided the judge with the emails + receipts with proof that they are not honoring their warranty. The judge ruled in my favor and all I was asking for was enough money to get the paint chips fixed. The ruling was made in October 2024, and they have not made a payment. My last communication with them was in January 2025 where they claimed that the papers were served to the wrong person. Imagine my confusion because I have an email from Matt H Q3 last year where they said they got served and they would see me in court.

I was in this place couple of time. The first visit was perfect, no issues at all. I would rate it 10 from 5. The second visit was not successful. Had a call that my car is ready for pick up. Came there, some bolt we absent, front bumper was not in line with car wing. The manager came, agreed that there is a problem and asked us to come next day. Next day everything was done, but there was a deep scratch on the back door. That manager start yelling at me, that it was there all the time and he can proof this. Failed. You would expect more respect from the customer service. Did after visit survey and nobody called me back to fined out what happened.

Cost 2/3 the price as another estimate, the repair was outstanding, and the customer service was unbeatable. There was an email updating me every small step of the way, and the larger steps I got a phone call for. Very impressed, and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The team at Kaizen was very professional and courteous. They did a great job repairing the hail damage on our Subaru. And when an unexpected and non-hail related mechanical issue arose while our vehicle was in their care, they were quick to contact us and made arrangements to get the vehicle to the dealer for repair. We had a family vacation planned and needed our car. They went above and beyond to make sure we had our vehicle back in time. Kaizen is a first class business and I highly recommend them!
