very kind and great people work here. i had a bad emergency that required a tow with a stalled car and mohammad came to check the car and then drove me home as well. the issue was fixed the next morning and my car was driving smoothly again after fixing an electrical issue. the price was very fair and the work was exceptional. i would highly recommend using the services here

There are only 2 reasons I go out of my way to leave a review. 1. Terrible experience or 2. Great experience. Kar King has consistently qualified under #2. Every time I take my van there worried, I leave at ease. I want to take a moment to thank William, who is a surgeon when it comes to vehicles. I came in with a warning light for my auto/start function. I changed the auxiliary battery. Disconnected the main battery in hopes of resetting the computer but nothing worked. I spent at least 2 hours troubleshooting, cutting up my hands and whatnot😂. William fixed the freaking thing within 5 minutes of troubleshooting and replaced a missing nut under the hood. Amazing! Prior to today's visit, I went in for a busted axle. Not only did they fix the issue but also found other issues and handled them for a discounted fee. Afterwards, they test drove it to ensure safety. It's EXTREMELY difficult to find a good and fair mechanics these days. I truly feel Blessed to say that I have found some. In NY, its very rare. The place is clean, professional, in a safe neighborhood close to public transportation (in case you choose to leave your vehicle) , and there is a gas station with a store right next door for refreshments. There's also a waiting area inside with 3 or 4 comfortable seats. Special shout out to my guy William. They're very fortunate to have you there. Blessings to you good brother. 💯👑

I’ve used this shop for 5 years or more! The guys are personable and explain everything. Usually able to accommodate you for an oil change or inspection without a prolonged wait. The hours are good. l’ve had mechanical and body work on my cars performed here. Try them out, you will not be disappointed.
