I rarely find places in the high desert that put effort into the environment, the quality, the small details that make an experience so much better and this place is above all the rest! The lobby has comfy couches, they have FREE snacks (not junk ones either- healthy snacks) and drinks- there’s an air purifier with a light scent that’s pleasant - there’s also coffee! But wait! The bathroom! It’s so clean and shiny- and there’s women’s products available!! Also not the cheap stuff! They’ve got lotion and hair & body spray that’s got Hyaluronic acid (if you don’t know what that is- it’s an acid that promotes healthy skin). The place doesn’t reek of oil and car exhaust- it’s very fresh! The services they offer are great and not going to empty your wallet- I got my oil changed twice here so far and it was $54. They offer a more expensive option for those that would like to get more than just oil changed. The only thing they don’t offer is smog check unfortunately. James is the absolute best customer service chap you could ask for. He’s the main reason I ended up coming to Kay Jays to begin with.

Best experience I've had with automotive repair, was at this garage. The people who work here like Katie and James were extremely welcoming and polite. This goes a long way with me. I even received phone calls and text on the status of my vehicle. Now I'm back in my truck driving thanks to this shop awesome service. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. This place deserves 5 stars not 4.9

Kay Jay's did a great job on my oil change! I was able to schedule a same day appointment online. They got started on it right away and it was only about an hour wait. Plus, there is an amazing selection of snacks and drinks as you wait. I took a quick photo of the snack set up, but on the other side is a nice coffee area too. Everyone was friendly and professional. They did a great job on my oil change. I highly recommend them!

I took my Honda to replace a window motor here and they did a great job. While in need of a quality Subaru mechanic I was made aware that they have one. So I took my '05 legacy GT into someone other than Subaru for the first time ever. I had check engine lights come on and found out that other than the solenoid it needed some pretty good work. They did a lot of work on my car. It was nice to get it back confident that if anything was to go wrong it would be right on top of it. My Subaru drives excellent, acceleration is back like it was brand new and performances fantastic. If you have a car and are tired of getting the runaround from other mechanics then I suggest you give these folks they try. They've earned my business and I will be back.

All I have to say is great customer service, every time I walk in they take care of me right away. I also love that when I leave my car, they are always updating the process. The snack bar is amazing!
