Absolutely great company to do business with! We were really in a bind. Been using KC Fleet for years. If you want it done the right way, call Chuck. They are on top of our equipment and ensuring we are always on the road. Down time has been greatly reduced since we started using KC Fleet for all our on road and off road repairs and maintenance.

The breaks went out on our moving truck & Marquis not only attempted to repair the issue with the breaks he offered to help us with the remaining items in the moving truck!He went way beyond what was necessary to get us back on the road. Did I mention it was over 90° & he's laying under a hot truckwith smoking brakes!?! Outstanding customer service and all around a great mechanic shop. Thanks for putting us at ease & being soooo helpful! Whatever that that man gets paid, it's not enough. You have a real gem on your hands KC & I truly hope you appreciate him!

I'd give him a negative 5 star if I can, 5 pm told me to wait till at least 12 am to 1 am no problem, ill wait! I called 12:25 waiting for him at the truck the guy tells me he can't make it and forgot about me he has a job. Not for nothing I am a customer not a charity case. Waste of time don't even bother with this guy no honesty or integrity!

Had one of our trucks break down from a hole in fuel filter Saturday night. Called 20 different places with 24hour service not one person picked up. On my last call Chuck answered I told him my problem and he didnt skip a beat to check and see if he had the part in stock called me back in minutes. Highly recommend anyone needing service to give chuck a call. Extremely helpful and great prices. Thanks Chuck
