Mike and his team are awesome to work with. They rebuilt my wifes car after an accident two years ago and it has been running fantastic since. They repainted the front end of my 25 year old sports car and it looks beautiful. They also have done some maintenance items for me and the work is really high quality at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Kei for your automotive needs.

Mike did an excellent job fixing a pretty bad scratch on my door. Another body shop said the entire door and surrounding doors had to be painted and was going to cost a fortune but Mike said he could make it look like the scratch was never there without having to repaint half the car. It looks amazing and was done in just a couple of days and at a fair price. There aren't a ton of reviews of KEI on Google but if you check out any of the Chagrin Falls FB groups, there are hundreds of people recommending his work. I won't go anywhere else in the future. Thank you again!

Such a good experience with Mike and Michelle!!! I recently moved to the area, and know nothing about cars, my biggest fear is getting scammed/ripped off by auto shops and this is definitely not the case here! There was a long list of things wrong with my car (she's old), but Mike was very upfront with me and told me what needed to be done urgently to keep my car running, and what can be prolonged a bit. Very friendly and got my car taken care of in a timely manner. Will definitely be coming back here!

Have taken my car in here for several large repairs - always courteous, very honest & upfront about pricing and what work needs to be done. The work itself is always top-notch: have never had follow-up issues with the problems addressed here. Unlike most times when I get expensive work done on my car, I never feel like I'm being ripped off when I go here!
