Keith's Auto Repair

Keith's Auto has been the worst experience I have ever had I took my 2014 Mercedes got diagnosed for timing chain. They gave me a quote of $2,400 once they had the car then they called me told me they made a mistake on the labor hours if I could meet them. Halfways which was another $1,000. Then they call me back and said that my sprockets need to be replaced. That was another $1,000 for a total of $4,600 Less than 3 months later my car is making the same noise. I took it back to them. Big checked. It told me that they would do the work for free. I waited 2 weeks before I could take it in once he had it. I had to keep following up to see where we were at as far as me getting my car back. Then they come back that it is a crankshaft chain and that it would be $3,100. I was very upset at the way this whole matter was taken care of. Needless to say I had the the work done. Much to my surprise once again they let me down. The air filter hose was ripped when I got the car back. Also the cover in front of the car was missing the plastic plugs to hold it down but yet nothing was said about this. I do not recommend Keith Auto or nothing. I will be taking them to court for everything that was done. Misdiagnosed and the sloppy work they did. Do not take your car to them!!! You will be disappointed

Tough repair. 82 XLT Ford pick-up. The staff was able to diagnose the repair of my ignition and a couple of electrical charging issues. All were addressed and fixed to my satisfaction. Thank you Chris, Keith, & Don. Making a list for additional repairs for them to tackle.

I've been going to Keith for more than 20 years. He's worked on all of my family's cars during that time, including a Suburban, Cadillac ESV, three Acuras, a Chevy Sonic and Subaru. He's does great work and completes it on time. He's bailed me out of a couple situations when I've had to tow in my vehicle. I can always count on Keith's team to do a good job. He's my "mechanic" for life...or until he retires!

Tried to ask the business for a simple spark plug replacement, even offered to bring in the plugs....and got some kid on the phone that wouldn't even consider me a customer unless I agreed to a "diagnosis". Very disappointed in you, Keith. You have done good work for me in the past, but I'll never come back. Ever.

As always Keith and his team went overboard to make sure my car was repaired in a timely and efficient manner. My car was taken care of. I have been using Keith for years and have always received great service at a reasonable cost. I would and do recommend him to everyone.
