The only place I take my daughter's and my own vehicle to. My parents have switched from their dealership to them too. I recommend them to everyone. Honest and fair. I never question their work or recommendations. I wish I could bring them with me when I move! Great guys, great service, trustworthy, one of omaha's finest! Can't say enough good things about them!

this location is great, but its another place that now charges for tire compressor air. cant find free air anywhere i go anymore, and it opens up a can of worms for scammers to put credit card skimmers on the terminal. plase bring back free air.

These people are amazing. I’m from out of town and that got me back on the road working 4 hours. To me it was a huge problem but to them it was all in another days work. I would recommend this place for anyone.

"We take care of our customers" - Keith from Keith's BP I experienced a problem at Keith's a few days ago that required an expensive repair to my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when Keith offered to reimburse the cost of the repair without issue. I brought in the receipt for the repair and within five minutes I had a check for the full amount of the repair. Keith is an awesome guy, and I'd recommend his station to anyone!

There's a lot of shops around that will do good work for a fair price. You can only tell if one is truly exceptional after you've seen how they respond to a big mistake. We've been taking our vehicles to Keith's for over a decade now and haven't ever had a problem. At the most recent service there was a small oversight that had some very expensive consequences when the transmission failed less than a week later. Due to the location and timing of the breakdown we weren't able to get a good look at anything before it was towed back to his shop. It would have been fairly easy to hide the evidence and deny responsibility. He didn't try to ghost us, stall, blame something else, or force us to accept a salvage or used replacement. Instead he sourced the best available replacement and installed it at his expense. At Keith's they treat their customers right, do great work, and don't overcharge. As long as he's running this business we will continue to take our vehicles there and recommend it to everyone we know!
