Keith was the assigned dispatcher for my company vehicle for The Ticket Terminator. Keith did a great job. His truck was nice and clean as well. He was a good vibe as well. Excellent service. I was stranded, and someone stole my keys from my shopping cart and was quoted a later time and this young man named Keith came earlier than my quoted time and wow for being so young he worked like a pro. Quick, efficient and friendly. Thank you Keith and Thank you Kelly's towing for handling all my needs. I truly and genuinely appreciate you guy's. Definitely 10+ service overall

Great company!! Excellent customer service. The Owner Chris was very nice over the phone was willing to help anyway he could without being expensive. The driver Raymon who came and towed the truck was very nice and professional and worked quick getting the car towed to where it needed to be also went the extra mile to wait and make sure the car was left in the right area. I appreciate you guys so much. Definitely will be going to them for towing services for now on.

My car stopped out of no where at 1 am and I was looking on google for a 24 hr towing. The lady on the phone was very very helpful she told me to stay in my car until help arrived! Told me that her driver would get to my location in 30 minutes. Literally 15 min after we hung up he was there to save me! I didn’t catch his name but he’s the night driver. He was so friendly, very helpful, great conversation! Funny thing about it was that when I was driving through the back way (138) he was loading a bmw. And then he ended up saving me! I would definitely recommend this company to any one!

So I had a blowout to start my morning, I called roadside assistance and in no time Ray the tow truck driver pulled up. This guy has amazing customer service and support, I’m telling you my day started rocky and Ray made everything so much better. I really appreciate his kind and friendly character. After dealing with me this guy deserves so much and at the least a Raise or an at the year end bonus, I’m not lying. If I ever had a problem again this is the person I would want to help me out, handled business quick, made sure I was good before parting ways, super cool, and a beast at his Job. Ray you are top tier in my book and I hope your company values the kind of person you are. Last but not least Kelly’s towing I hope you know you have a keeper so make sure to treat it as such. Thanks again for everything.
