Kelly's Automotive Service Grants Pass

Kelly's Automotive is exceptional!! We needed a new radiator while traveling through. They got us in and out the sand day, by 2:30 pm. They were very friendly and helpful, they also did good work. If your car needs repair, they will be fair. There is also a nicely remodeled mustang in the front.

I have now had a 2nd visit with Kelly's and they've shown consistently professional, friendly, and timely service. I have made the decision to absolutely move my auto maintenance business to Kelly's. Easy decision! And as a bonus, they have a cozy waiting area. Nice.

Amazing service! Saved me $3,000 for FREE! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel very special, like my needs are their number one priority. My car started making a thumping noise going over 40 mph on 5 just north of Grants Pass. I made it into Merlin and Kelly's Auto was recommended. I pulled into Kelly's at 3:30 and it was clear they were busy. I was warmly greeted by Sherry in the office, which was very nice and clean. She explained that they may not be able to get to my car that day, I understood that they were busy and was concerned about staying overnight and the cost of the repairs. I went for a walk and when I came back 30 minutes later, they were looking at my car. Sherry told me they didn't think it was serious. I was in the waiting room maybe 10 minutes when Sherry told me it was an easy fix and my car was done! Then, in a total act of kindness, told me no charge! She gave me my keys, a water and a snack and I was back on the road - no thumping noise! I'm so grateful for Kelly's and Sherry. ❤️

We have a 2005 Ford E350 box truck. We were traveling as we are not from the area. We called Kelly's and explained our situation and they let us know that they could fit us in the following day!! They called the next morning with what the issue was and the solution to it. We were very pleased with the fast service! They have earn our business for our fleet needs!!! Thank you again Kelly's Automotive!
