DO NOT BELIEVE ANY WORDS COMING OUT OF TONY'S MOUTH! I was involved in a car accident, and since my car was not drivable, it was towed by a company. When I later went to check on my car, I discovered that the towing company’s owner, a man named Tony, also owned the auto shop where my car had been taken. Tony pressured me into signing a document that authorized his shop to repair my car. He told me that if I refused, I would need to immediately arrange and pay for my car to be moved to another shop. When I voiced my concerns, Tony assured me this was standard procedure and that I’d have to sign a similar document elsewhere. Do not trust this guy. He will say whatever it takes to win your business but won’t follow through on his promises. I even raised concerns about why the police are using his towing services for cars involved in accidents. He’s nothing but a liar and a manipulator. The car was poorly repaired, leaving the driver's door misaligned with the car's base, several camera sensors painted over, and a deep scratch on the back of the car that was not there when I left it. This scratch was merely "fixed" by painting over it. The workmanship was extremely subpar. When I asked Tony to fix it, he stopped answering my calls. I tried calling him from a different number, but he yelled at me rudely and said I’d have to wait. And I am still waiting.

Today I needed to move my car from Brooklyn to Staten Island. I called many companies and none of them gave me a good price or wait time. At the last moment I called this company. The dispatcher was friendly, the price was two times lower than what other companies said. I only waited 10 minutes for them to come to me. Everything was fast and efficient. the driver Andrey is careful and sensitive. thank you. This review is my gratitude to your company.

Last night, I got a flat tire in Brooklyn, roadside assistance called KEM Auto. I was far from home, had my dog in the car and was in the middle of nowhere. Edwin arrived and right away made me feel at ease and like I could exhale. He was a gentleman, professional and helpful. He let me know what he was doing to the car before he did it and explained everything every step of the way. Today, he has called to let me know when my car left the place it was being held AND when it arrived at the service center. Everyone should have an employee like Edwin. He went above and beyond to make sure that I felt safe, was safe and had a plan to get home safe. My only complaint about Edwin is that he doesn't work in close proximity to me!! I truly appreciate all that Edwin did to help in my time of need yesterday and today.

Perry is the man! When I say he is an angel and a god send I am not lying. After getting a flat, going to a tire shop that was not able to help me wasn’t enough and then having to wait 5 hours for my insurance company to get their information correct did they call this angel. The company called to assess the situation and be prepped so they weren’t unprepared. Once Perry got there my panic was calmed down. He was very friendly and honestly down to earth. He treated me like I was his own family member and educated me on a lot since this was my first car situation. He gave me so many great tips and helped me save my money. He made my bad day into a good day and felt beyond comfortable and calm. This whole situation could have ended badly but with Perry and his expertise, knowledge of the area as well as his networking, this day ended on a happy note. I would def recommend contacting Goodyear Kem Auto Center and if you have a choice def ask for Perry. He will make your frown turn upside down!
