My daughter’s car broke down the other day in the road in front of this business. She called me and I was on my way to assist her. A very kind tow truck driver came by and discovered she was broke down in the road so he pulled her car off the road and into the parking lot of this business until I could get there, roughly a 30 min drive. The employees of this business were extremely rude to my daughter and were very condescending to her, even though she explained to them that I was on the way. They treated her like a worthless college student, even though she is not a Kent student, she happened to be in Kent for a job interview. They were very adamant that the car must be out of their lot by 4, and said it several times in the most rude way possible. The lack of understanding from them tells me a little about what kind of people they are.

Do not have your car towed here. He works a day or two a week on his friends cars and is apparently retired. Learned this from a dispatch center after my car was towed there and sat there for days with no one working there.

We took our (new to us) van in, after a few disclosed issues and some undisclosed issues were discovered. They honored a quote they gave the previous owner, and kept us in the loop for the additional problems that popped up. I really appreciated their honest and quick work. It was worth the 45 minute drive from where we live. I definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for an honest auto shop. Thank you again for helping make our van safer for our family.
