Great Experience. From my initial call to the finished repair, Keri Coach Works earned Five Stars. They were professional and answered all my questions, then coordinated everything with my insurance company. They kept me informed during the entire process, and the quality was obvious when I picked up my car. It looked like new. They are also conveniently located off a major highway. Keri Coach Works did a great job overall. I brought in my Tesla, which unfortunately ended up being a total loss, but the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. They were professional and made everything as smooth as possible. There was a small oversight where they forgot to put a piece back on my car, but they immediately took care of it without any hassle. I appreciate their quick response and attention to detail. If I ever need services in the future, I’ll definitely return.

I have used Keri Coach Works twice and both times was beyond satisfied. Their level of professionalism and genuine concern for their customers is unmatched!! Stella and Kenda at the front were always such a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to address any of my concerns. Adrian, my estimator, got the ball rolling and was able to quickly secure all parts necessary for my repair. Before starting the process, Ryan, the owner, took his time and explained everything to me in detail, putting my mind at ease. The end result was always beyond my expectations and displayed their high quality of workmanship. Definitely recommend!!!
