So grateful for Keysers auto!! Scott went above and beyond to help my husband and I. We appreciate their generosity in a stressful situation. Our car broke down as we were traveling home to MN and they were able to fit us in last minute to help fix it/run diagnostics. Unfortunately our engine will need replacing. They were very transparent and provided great guidance. Would definitely recommend!

The staff at Keyser's is exceptional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! They filled me in on the problem and my options as far as resolving it. They fixed my 2001 GMC promptly and I am extremely satisfied. This is truly the best auto repair shop I have ever utilized.

I made an appointment because my truck was leaking something and told them it was likely a water pump failing or coolant leak. They were able to get me in the following week. Despite the appointment, they had my truck for two days and never initiated a call to give me an update on their findings or progress. They charged me $104 to read the 'Service Engine' diagnostic (which I've never been charged for anywhere else), had my truck for two days, couldn't find the coolant leak, and sent me on my way. Three weeks later, I arrived at a friend's house, way out of town, in a snow storm, with smoke billowing out from under my hood and a huge puddle in their driveway. Not happy...

I took my 2004 Toyota Tacoma to Keyser's after I had an estimate from the dealer. The dealer charged me for the estimate and then wanted to fix a major steering issue. Keyser's diagnosed worn shocks, sway bar links and sway bar bushings and did the repairs the same day with no charge for the estimate. The truck steers, tracks, and corners like new again. The front desk staff is friendly and there were no dealer games (dealer wanted to charge for incindentals - grease and rags??). Excellent experience!
