The fastest and most pleasant car leasing experience I’ve ever done with the Kia dealer in Cerritos. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and knew exactly what I was interested in. The leasing option is so much easier than financing.

Called to get an approximate cost, representative was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Made an appointment to get ball rolling… had to go in person to pay for part upfront. Once there, my service advisor, Jose Valencia, was very helpful, accommodating and great personality. He listened to my concerns and was able to work on my schedule. I did have to take the car back for installation of ordered part. He gave me an approximate time frame, adding to call him to make sure they received the part.

I went to Kia Cerritos looking for a K4 or K5 to take home this past Sunday. The sales rep who I worked with, Daniel, was personable and readily answered any questions I had about their car models. After test driving both, I opted for the Kia K5 GT line for its features and smooth driving experience. My biggest concern was the financing aspect, as interest rates aren’t what they used to be. Even so, Daniel and his manager was able to meet us where we were at in terms of an out the door price and a great interest rate. Another hiccup was not being able to take the car with me same day, as AAA was closed and I couldn’t update my insurance policy to be full coverage. Thankfully, Kia worked with us and we were able to complete paperwork and have the car delivered to my home the following day. Daniel did an excellent job walking me through the K5’s various controls and features and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thanks to Daniel, and the amazing finance rep we worked with for making the process easy and understandable for a first time new car buyer.

I especially appreciate how Will introduced me to the new Penthera Metal color on the Telluride. The color is immaculate—gorgeous, not quite black but not fully gray either—a perfect balance in my book. The 10-speaker Harman Kardon surround sound system is stellar, creating a bubble of beautiful sound while driving. The 12.3-inch panoramic display screen is stunning as well. I absolutely love everything about the new 2025 Kia Telluride. A big thank you also goes to Matt, the finance guy, who was very thorough in explaining every detail of the contract.
