My 2007 Mustang spun out and got dug into some snow right off the freeway. Ray (my tow-tuck driver) showed up not even 15 minutes after I requested assistance. He was super professional and got my car unstuck in a matter of minutes. Best towing service I’ve ever had hands down. Thank you so much.

Possible miscommunication with my insurance, but bottom line: They said they would provide a tow and said they were on the way while I was stranded on the shoulder of I-96 with cars whizzing by me at 90 MPH. My insurance (not the business) told me they cancelled after I was stranded on the Highway shoulder for 3 hours and I had to find another two in the pitch dark. No follow up or any additional communication.
