Kikos Tires came through for me on New Year's day when most shops were closed and I needed a tire badly. Great service, good prices,and friendly workers. Highly recommend for new or used tires.

**** Terrible Experience - Unethical and Unreasonable Practices **** I had a terrible experience at this tire shop. The owner engages in very unethical practices and tries to take advantage of customers. I wish I could give him 0 stars When I went there to replace two of my tires, the owner initially quoted a reasonable price of $25 per tire, including balancing and disposal. However, once he had my vehicle, the issues started. First, he deliberately displaced 2 bolts from each of the wheels and then forced me to pay $40 for each bolt to put them back. Not only that, he also damaged my wheel lock key lug nut, which is used to open the tire. He then asked me to pay $35 extra for each tire to use his key, even though a replacement key can be purchased online for only $10 on Amazon/Walmart When it came time to actually replace the tires, he started adding on additional charges. He wanted to charge $40 extra for balancing the tires, and then claimed the tires had been put on the wrong side, demanding an additional $50 to exchange them from left to right. Lastly, he had the audacity to ask for a $5 surcharge if I paid by credit card. I just paid all the unreasonable amounts because I knew I was at the wrong place that day. I was lucky to be able to leave his shop with my car, and he could just charge me few extra bucks in an unreasonable and unethical ways. There are many good tire shops in the area. I strongly advise you to avoid this one and save yourself the frustration of dealing with such a dishonest and exploitative owner. This place is nothing more than a scam, and I hope more people come forward to complain about their experiences here. ================== Update 06/22/2024: Answers to Kikos Tires response which has been made below for my review: Dear Kikos Tires, Can you explain why you did not put the wheel key lug nuts back onto my wheel after you had installed the tire. You were the ones who had removed these lug nuts in the first place. In fact, you did not even inform me that the wheel was missing these key lug bolts. When I asked about the missing bolts, you mocked me and asked me to check and confirm by inserting my fingers into the boltholes. I simply followed your instruction and innocently inserted my finger, not realizing that you were making fun of me. I then asked your assistant to return my key lug nuts, as you were continuously mocking me. When I insisted, you charged me an extra $40 (a total of $80) for putting these 2 lug nuts back on. Even though I showed you on my phone that the opener key to unlock these lug nuts is available for less than $10 on Amazon or Walmart, you got furious and asked me to take my car out. This was your response, even though it was you who broke my existing opener key for the lug nuts. More than the money, I am deeply concerned about your hostile attitude towards a customer and the disrespectful way you treated me. I have posted this review on several social media platforms, and many individuals have advised me to file a complaint with the State Bureau of Automotive and the Better Business Bureau for putting my car in a dangerous and unsafe condition by not replacing these lug nuts. I'm herewith attaching the pics of wheels and the lug nuts for clarity. Furthermore, I will make every effort to ensure that you do not exploit and humiliate any other customer in the future who finds themselves in a situation similar to mine, simply seeking to have their car fixed. I sincerely hope that one day, you will understand that being disrespectful and hostile towards customers is not a good way of doing business

This guy is amazing; I been a loyal customer of him , always have what you need , understand customer to the fullest, he even have big sizes for my delivery and pick up truck too! Stop by and him and his son will take care of you! Prices? Please don't even go there ! The best prices in San Jose
