Great shop here! Fast, expert service. Delivered the service and car back exactly in the time estimated, and for the exact price. And honest pricing. I called other highly rated shops, and they were all much higher, and could not promise a time for service. I called Sam’s very highly rated, and they quoted my $480 minimum for the same job Kim’s did for $180. Additionally, Sam’s said they could take the car in now, but could not deliver back until tomorrow. I called Kim’s, they quoted $180 for the same service, and said if I came down now, they could have me taken care of in 40min. And in 40 min, I was on my way. Kim’s was busy, but stuck to their word, and had me back on the road in no time. I was driving our car (over Honda V6 sedan with high mileage) on the highway and felt a loss in power. My guess was there was a cylinder misfire, and the spark plugs needed to be changed. This is our primary family car, and wanted to make sure it was back in good shape asap. I called Sam’s and 4 hour other highly rated shops. I described the make and model and requested a spark plug quote. Prices ranged from $200-680+. Some couldn’t give me a direct quote stating that they would need to see the car; they weren’t as familiar with the engine (Honda 3.5L v6). Kim’s was great. They new the car and the motor, and gave me a $180 quote and 40 min service time. I came in, gave them my experience, and shared my guess that the spark plugs need replacement, and caused a cylinder misfire. They popped in the reader, and we were right! 3rd cylinder misfire causing the loss of power. They took care of us! And they shared that on these model they recommend replacing the spark plugs (three at a time) more frequently to avoid issues. Mr. Kim and his team were very respectful, prompt, honest, and efficient. We appreciate them! And will be back.

I had service two times, but they did not fix properly. Technically service was so bad. I do not recommend this auto repair shop.

Owner Mr.Kim has an Automotive engineering major. He is honest men & precision solution without any fee. because he has proud of automotive engineer. Usually local shop provided 3months warranty, but Kim`s auto provided one year warranty likes most of dealer shop. Some machanic shop deceived to new & women customer. Please don`t worry about this. should be very satisfied with my recommend.
