Just got our 2019 Jetta fixed by Kims Auto Body. Jetta sustained an dammage to right side lense and bumper. Mrs. Lupe was our rep that walked through entire process, remained in touch during unforseen delays due to additional parts order, which is normal, a shop can't have everything at their fingertips. The final results exceeded our expectations. Not only the car was fixed, polished, yet cleanned up inside out. Extra +10pts!! We highly recommend Kims Auto Body. Pictures b4 and after repairs.

My Tesla was damaged in a hit-and-run incident in a public parking lot. After researching shops, I chose Kim's Auto Body based on their positive reviews, and overall I'm satisfied with my choice. While my experience wasn't perfect, what truly stood out was how they handled issues when they arose. When the initial rocker panel repair didn't meet expectations, James stepped in and professionally addressed the situation, offering to redo the work and provide a rental car. My service advisor Lupe was communicative throughout the process. There were some hiccups – like the car not being cleaned upon the second pickup and having work residue on panels – but the shop was quick to offer solutions. What impressed me most was their commitment to making things right when issues came up. In my experience, a shop's true character shows not when everything goes smoothly, but in how they handle complications. Kim's Auto Body demonstrated professionalism in addressing concerns, and I would highly recommend them to others looking for collision repair work.

I was rear-ended and had damage to my rear bumper. A friend of mine, who has lived in the area for a long time recommended Kim’s Auto Body Shop. I was frustrated with the situation since I had never dealt with anything like this before. From the start, their customer service was top-notch, and they communicated with me every step of the way. They were incredibly patient with all of my questions. Lupe stayed in touch with me throughout the process and handled communication with the other party’s insurance. They also arranged a rental car. My car was ready in just after a week, which honestly surprised me. James helped coordinate the pick-up of my car, and the bumper looks fantastic. My car was even cleaned when I picked it up. I want to thank everyone at Kim’s Auto Body Shop for their help and patience. Overall, excellent customer service and a perfect repair in a very professional environment. I will definitely recommend them!

I had a fantastic repair experience with Kims Auto Body! I had the pleasure of working with Lupe and she was an excellent contact, keeping me informed on the repair, cost estimates, and the status once work began. The repair itself was great as well, I had some screw holes repaired on my GLC and it came out looking like new, like nothing happened to the bumper, which is the best praise you can give haha. Would use them again for sure!
