Went to the shop for my truck over heating After it was diagnosed we agreed on a engine swap and I was charged for a engine. my car only got the head gaskets replace been back 2 some times 3 time every month since I got the truck back then found out when my head gaskets was done my bolts was not replaced asking for money back that actually cover the work that was done I was told there is a no refund policy and a head gasket replacement is almost $7000 with all the extra charge called around town got estimates went to other shops got estimates bigger shops charge half the price mean while my car have the same issue I’m offered nothing. I lot of miss diagnostics he started out being nice when the mistakes got point out he became defensive he took no accountability or responsibility for me paying that much money and my truck have the same issues it was a very stressful situation as my truck is used for work so now I can’t work and I have to pay for rides for a job I already paid for very bad situation Also do not return calls when mistakes are made horrible business manners and management I DO NOT RECOMEND

Stopped in to ask a few questions about my civic. Jared took his time to look over my car and ended up getting work done: oil, wheels, fluids. Very satisfied. Plus great apprentices working hard.

I called ahead for the price($45) then went in for a car inspection. After the service was completed he decided to charge me double($90) the agreed price from over the phone. When asked about it he claimed to be “doing me a favor” because if I went anywhere else for the inspection I would not have passed due to my right high beam light being out and not having wiper fluid. If you don’t want to get scammed DO NOT GO HERE. 0/10, would not recommend.
