Nice driver horrible owner. Their truck blew a hydraulic line and dumped 10 gallons of Hydraulic fluid all over my parking lot and the owner would not give me his insurance carrier to make a claim. I had to turn him in to the city. These people are no one you would like to do business with, trust me!

horrible service, eta was 2 hours thought that was crazy but waited and ended up waiting 3 hours. I called the place and the guy on the phone told me that he would call me back in 2 minutes but he never contacted me again. I called again and the guy said another 45 min wait. what a joke!

Rental Car died while on the freeway. Roadside said tow truck would be 90 minutes. Kung’s Tow was approximately 15 minutes. Loaded the rental car on his truck quickly and got us to rental car agency. He was very quick with his work and great customer service getting us to where we needed to be and letting us know the process of where the car would be and helping us at the rental car again y as well. Highly recommend Kings Tow!
