Kings Towing & Recovery

I need a customized lowered car towed. Was pretty nervous. When the guy got there you could tell he was a car person. He seemed to care. Relieved a lot of my worries. I knew the car would be hard to tow, lowered with a splitter. But it needed towed. He did a really good job. Thanks

After calling one tow company and they weren’t even attempting to get our truck out, we called Kings Towing and Recovery. They were quick, kind, and got our truck out in 9 minutes!! Hell yeah! You guys are the best!

Friday morning my car stopped. I moved up to Madison about 3 years ago and hadn't made a lot of friends yet to come and assist. So I had to call a tow. I Googled and found the first towing company close to me, which was Kings Towing. The driver, Kyle, showed up and immediately put me at ease. I had my little doggie Fi Fi with me and he let her ride in the truck with us as he gave me a ride home b/c my car windows were stuck in the down position and he didn't want Fi to jump out of the car during the tow. Such a sweetheart! I had no mechanic to even diagnose the car but Kyle let me know they had a one stop shop and that they could take a look at the issue and repair it, if I'd like them to. Me allowing them to repair my car also gave me a discount on the tow. Friday morning my baby went down. Friday afternoon, Kings Towing called, advised of the issue and the price and said it would be fixed and ready soon. With the new battery, labor, and the tow my total was wonderfully cheap, and trust me, as a single mom, nothing is considered cheap. Lol!! I went to pick up my car and was greeted by a wonderful woman who took my payment. She and I laughed and chatted a bit, as well. I absolutely looooved the experience. I'm a single mom with NO help. Car expenses can be so daunting and stressful. But Kyle and Kings Towing made it such a wonderful experience. I would recommend them to ANYONE!! Oh, to that wonderful lady who took my payment, the scent is "Lilac", not "Lilly". :-) I hope you enjoy!!! Thanks Kings Towing!!
