My husband and I came in today looking for a preowned vehicle and we met Bobby. He was so helpful in showing us options and talking us through our family’s needs. He Incredibly wonderful to work. Definitely ask for him if you’re looking for a new or pre owned vehicle he will make you feel like part of his family! .

I took my truck in for some paint damage and a bumper repair. Everything went ok until I picked up my truck and discovered they had broken my door locking mechanism. The service rep Mike offered to have me take it to the dealer to have it fixed, which was great. but they left me stranded without a vehicle and no ETA on the when I would get my truck back, the dealership won't give me any info since I am not the one paying for the repair. Kirby Collision is not answering their phone now and I have no way to get home or to work now. I would definitely look somewhere else for repairs, apparently customer service and doing quality repairs isn't a high priority to Kirby Collision.

I am so happy I decided to take my car to Kirby to get fixed! The entire staff is awesome, friendly and funny! They got my car done quickly and it looks flawless. They even cleaned my car inside and out when it was done. I highly recommend Kirby Collision Center, they will take of you.

Let me start by saying that I drove about an hour from my house to have my car repaired here. I own a Subaru and per Subarus website, this center is certified Subaru of America for collision repairs. I also work for AAA and many of our customers have great things to say about this body shop. Hands down, best decision made. These guys brought my car back to brand new! The paint match is impeccable. Eddy and his team really have their stuff down and it shows! I insure with Progressive, but these guys gave me AAA quality work!! It's no wonder why it's a AAA approved shop. I am beyond impressed with how much my expectations were exceeded during the entire process. 1000 percent recommend, I would make the drive again if I had to!

My experience with Kirby Collision Center was phenomenal. I reached out to this place after a car accident and received the best customer service I could ever ask for. Eddie was my point of contact; he answered ALL my calls with grace, kindness, and patience. Eddie answered all my questions like he genuinely cared about his customers, and most importantly, he delivered on every promise he made. Thank you, Eddie, you are truly amazing.
