Paul the owner was nice to do my car inspection for me even though I got there a bit after closing. It was raining and end of month to get my car inspected. He was even nice enough to give me some tip as a female driver how to maintain the car. When I was finished, he helped me to reverse out of the parking lot onto the main street since it's super busy traffic in that area. I will definitely recommend people to the shop. Great customer service. Opens Mon to Saturday 8 am to 6 PM.

Worst experience I ever had with a mechanic. Perhaps it is because I'm a black American. I brought 2 of my 3 cars there and all the own kept wining about was that they were too old. I brought a maintenance sheet from the dealer for my 2005 honda pilot and he over charged me for the work by another mechanic. If you're from the Caribbean go there, all else find a good machianic!

I have been doing business with Paul & the crew since the first location on Sandford Blvd. Paul always takes care of me right away & the prices are always lower than you estimate the repair to be but the quality of work is dealer level. I’ve purchased a few lemons that Paul & the crew turned to lemonade for me & not only are the cars still on the road, they are problem free. They most recently resurrected a Mercedes e500 for me & it feels brand new. Don’t hesitate to bring your car here for any of your automotive needs

One of the best mechanics I've ever worked with is Mr. Paul. He was able to examine my car and pinpoint the issue that prevented me from passing inspection. I won't ever trust anybody else to fix my car other than him because he never leaves you in the dark and is highly professional.

I have been dealing with the owner, Paul, for years. I drive Audis and was frustrated with the service from Audi Mt. Vernon. First time I brought my car to him was after spending over $4000 at another mechanic to fix an A8 I had. Paul was shocked and told me there is nothing on my car he would ever charge me that amount of money for. That was about 7 years ago, and I am now on my 4th Audi since then and take my cars only to him. Work is done fast and professionally. His prices are more than reasonable. Paul discusses what needs to be done prior to each repair, tells you a price and sticks to it. Also makes sure to show you the replaced parts (as some mechanics change parts that do not need to be changed). I have recommended Kit Down to numerous friends and no one has ever hard a complaint. Great mechanic. Honest and great guy.

The owner and crew are very honest, respectful, reliable and professional. They are NOT out to get you for your money nor to upcharge you. They do great work and they can do the work and if they can't then it is what it is. The cost of doing business there is very affordable not say cheap but affordable for quality service.
