These folks know what they are doing from the ladies that run the front desk to the professional working on the car.My daughter got into a scam accident just before the holidays and the police as well as the tow truck driver recommended this shop. My car was involved in a hit and run accident while I was away for the weekend. Knights was recommended to me by a member of the church nearby. I took my car in and they did a beautiful job. Nick and bobby really helped me out. The car came out looking brand new. Turn around time was pretty quick, like a week and a half, and the job they did was great at a reasonable price. You know a business prides itself on its quality of work when they have the product out on display after they finish. I would definitely recommend

These people have an entire racket going on… scamming folks out of money by booting cars under the excuse that the Forest Hill area is a private zone. The irony? The area isn’t even gated, which would make sense if it were truly private. It’s outrageous that I went out with my family to enjoy a meal at the Station House, only to come back and find not one, but two cars booted. At $200 per car, that’s absurd! This practice is ridiculous and deserves legal action. A reasonable ticket fee, maybe $50, would suffice, but $200? Completely unacceptable.

These people are running a complete racket, scamming people out of money by booting cars under the claim that the Forest Hill area is private property. It's outrageous that I went out with my co-workers to enjoy a Christmas party at the Station House, only to come back and find my car booted. This situation is completely unacceptable and require legal action. A $50 fine might be reasonable, but $180 is absurd. When I called the company, they told me I needed to pay the driver directly to remove the boot, which seems questionable. As far as I know, payments like this should be handled online or at their office. This whole process feels exploitative and unfair.
