Knight towing

This place is a horrible scam. They towed my car without any right to. The police came and even they said they aren’t allowed to tow it. These scammers still towed it. Then I went to pick it up in Santa Ana even tho my car was towed 15 miles away. When I get to the office nobody is here. I call and then they said they’ll be here in 15 minutes EVEN THOUGH I SEE SOMEONE INSIDE THE TRUCK. Horrible people horrible scammers. They should be put in jail for scamming people. Now they’re asking for the dumbest fees. They charged a fee for opening gate and a fee for after hours even though they towed after hours. Hope they go out of business.

I need to write this in a calmer state of mind; however, this is one of the worst towing company I have ever seen. Illegal, disgusting, and rude. My friends and I were sitting in the car in front of HIS mobile home, just talking and catching up. Then we decided to go inside just to pee and leave. Not even a full 5 minutes, we come outside, and Abraham is attaching his towing equipment onto our car. We were literally so confused because we have never seen this tow truck around. We were asking him all these questions, and he knew nothing. We asked him to show us the signs that said we couldn't park here, and all he did was shined a light at the speed limit signs? Like be so for real right now. Literally watching and waiting for us to go into the house in order to come and try to tow the car away. Like how much free time could you have? We also asked who called for him to come tow, and the only thing coming out of his mouth was stutters. We then proceeds to ask him how much it was. At first, it was $100 and then afterwards, said it was $115? Like this is pathetic. He saying that "Oh, I was going easy on you guys." That's crazy. Other reviews on here talking about calling his dad; same move this time around. I hope you guys read this and know that you're gonna to lose more money than you are scamming people. We have the video proofs and time stamps of everything.

I would rate this service higher but it only goes up to 5 stars. Today I was assisted by frank and another gentleman. I had been struggling all day to get a provider out that would be willing to assist me in getting my car out of the under ground parking structure. I offered to do all the lushing but frank and team helped me push me car out of the structure to be able to tow it. A remedy other tow companies said was not possible. I was met with the HIGHEST levels of customer service. Also my car wasn’t dragged across town. Frank put my beloved bmw on proper dolly’s to allow me to ensure the safely of my vehicle. I didn’t even ask. I was WILDLY surprised by the level of customer service offered me to me at a MORE than REASONABLE rate. …..I’d recommend these guys to my mom. Called several tow companies to come and help me move my car from one garage to another. They quoted a fair price and came within 5 minutes of their estimated window. ARNOLD was my driver and he was really helpful. He was very down to earth and really tried to help you. Would recommend these guys again!

I parked my car in front of my mobile home for 5 mins to get my wallet. It was 11pm, there was no ones on the street. They just wandered in my neighbor then towed my car. I dont know since when the law stated I cant park in front of my personal property even there no red paint on the curb of my mobile home.
