Kost Tire & Auto Service

Had an appointment for 9am on 12/13 for wheel alignment. Was not taken into the garage until after 10am. Waited until 11:15 and asked what was taking so long. Was told that the machine was not working properly and that they would be unable to do the alignment today. I asked why it took so long and why did they not tell me there was an issue. They said they would bring my vehicle to me right away. When the employee drove it to me he said they could not do the alignment. I asked him what took so long. He was very rude and said it was not his fault. I wonder how long it would taken them to tell me if I did not ask them first after waiting for over two hours. I will never go there again and suggest others beware of how they treat the customers at the Lewisburg location

Kost tires, Lewisburg, PA is the best place to shop for tires and get repairs. Randy the service manager is knowledgeable, honesty and gives the best advice. We save $$ by using Kost tires. Randy knows Marie by name & knows the services needed fore her car. We are 100% Satisfied. Thanks for honesty.

Tired of corporate cheating the little man. Done with Kost. The guys running it before Covid I liked. Wanted to replace a window in my car and said they could have the company come there . That would have cost me a couple extra hundred dollars. Going right to the guys saved me money. Glad I checked. Still went back and told me I needed new rotors. I was good atleast for another year. Needless to say I am done with them. Going to start supporting a small business garage!!!!

I had a great experience with Kost Tire & Auto Service! I went in with a flat tire, and they fixed it for free using Fix-a-Flat. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I was in and out in no time, and they didn’t charge me for the service, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is their priority. Highly recommend them for any tire issues

Very disappointed in this shop I would not recommend them to anyone. Purchased new tires(65k miles) from them less than two years ago. Have had tire rotations at their shop since the purchase. During state inspection told I need to purchase two new tires with as tread is worn. Drove less than 21k miles and the tread is already gone? Scam artists trying to get more money please find another shop that is reputable.

I took my 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited in today for an 11:00 inspection. It took them over an hour just to take it back. While they were checking something under the hood, the guy either caught my wiper hose with something or laid tools on the motor, then laid the hood down, breaking both fluid dispensers. When they told me they were broke, they refused to take accountability, saying that it came in that way when they were working perfectly fine just a few hours earlier. To top it all off, the older gentleman at the desk Randy was irate. They attempted to tell my fiancé they never opened the hood, But it was open when I went back. The Randy at the desk was extremely unprofessional, raising his voice to intimidate me. The other gentleman was trying to de-escalate the situation. As I said, he was extremely unprofessional. They then told me I would have to pay $100 for the two pieces their inspection guy broke. I immediately had them pull my car out. It all boils down to them not taking accountability for their actions. I could have possibly fell for their scam had Randy not been so unprofessional. I will never take anything there again, and I would advise everyone else the same. They are used to dealing with college kids who don't know any better or don't know their vehicles, so they get away with things like this regularly. The parts they broke and said would be $100 ($50 apiece) I got both from the same place they would have.$41 If I could give negative stars it'd be 10 in the red! I would love to speak with corporate or a district manager because Randy's behavior was EXTREMLEY UNPROFESSIONAL. If my employee spoke to a customer like that it'd be instant termination! What they did was criminal I've confirmed with a certified mechanic and the gentleman that sold me the parts that this was an attempt at parts pushing as when we replaced what they broke the old ones looked brand new I will be reporting to BBB to file a complaint. Update I spoke with district manager and he also refused to take accountability for his employees actions I can not stress enough avoid this place at all costs!!! Find a smaller local shop or Steve Shannon's had good customer service.
