I had a new Rhino Rack system installed on my 2025 Chevy Blazer in Dec of 2024. A month later, I went through a self serve car wash that got entangled on the cross rails and started to lift it up damaging the footing attached to the flush rails. I got new brackets from Rhino Rack and conversed with the owner of KR Off-Road, Adam, who kindly offered to reinstall the front mounting pieces for free for me. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent customer service, prompt and responsive communication, great front end shop and comfortable waiting room. You will not be disappointed using them for all of your off road needs.
