Bought front belltech shocks on amazon from this company for my 98 tacoma 2wd with 2" front drop and shipping took a week. Got the shocks and they were too fat and didn't fit thru the springs even with the dust shield off. Returned them 12/10/2024 and got delivered back 12/13/2024. Exactly today 12/20/2024 I got refunded back 1 week later when I left 1 star on Amazon now they decide to take action. Slow service from KW glad you guys aren't here in CO I'll go to 4wheel auto parts for when I need shocks or suspension parts for my other 4x4 Tacoma or order elsewhere

Ordered a belltech 4/6 drop kit and received everything in less than 2 weeks. Installation was easy and high quality parts. This is the second lowering kit I have ordered from KW. I would definitely order more kits in the future. 2020 Silverado RST, belltech 4/6 drop kit, 24in Asanti ABL-29 295/35r24.

Horrible customer service. We had a bad experience with Noel! One of the sales reps. He gave me some part numbers for a lift then after I ordered them. Told me they couldn’t sell them to us. They will lie to you. So be careful ordering parts. They might cancel your order and say you they never told you anything
