I had the best experience in this place. Great customer service, great car service and maintenance. I took my car to numerous shops and they didn’t know how to fix it, at Kwik Towing they diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately and efficiently. Best prices that no other place can beat. I really can’t say enough about my experience with this place and I encourage you to look no where else and you will not regret it. If there was more than five stars I would rate way more.

Bobby was able to tow out my car from a very tight space in a parking garage. When there were problems with the drop off location, they handled putting into storage and making sure it got to the service center the next morning. Overall great communication and professional service.

I am a AAA customer for 25 years. On a Sunday afternoon I spent 5 hours waiting for help to come after someone hit my car and broke my trucks rear axle. Only to find out there were no affiliates available with the Dolly service I needed. It was already late night at 7:30pm when I decided to call KWIK Auto Towing which I came across on google. I spoke to a gentleman called Ali who showed up within 20 minutes!! He was very courteous and very knowledgeable and got my family home within no time. I would definitely recommend this company for any towing needs! Make sure to ask for Ali - I am very thankful for his help!

I was picking up my son from basketball practice and standing in a short-term standing area when my car suddenly didn't start. Mike and that team at Kwik provided me with a jump that started my car as soon as they could get there. And just days later, when I had an issue with my electronic key fob, they provided an introduction to a locksmith (Sam), who drove to my building and created two new keys on the spot. Thank you Mike and team!

Called up Kwik because I needed my Car towed from queens all the way down to Longisland. Mike was very helpful in getting my car there and even has ramps for lowered cars like mine. He was able to pick my car up quickly from the location without any issues or damages to my car. I will definitely use kwik for future tows and will recommend this company to anyone who has a lowered car or needs a tow in general. Thanks once again Kwik for your service.
