I've lived in Tujunga 40 years now and never knew LA Best Auto Body existed. Moreover, it's been right there just 30 feet away from where I've had my car washed at the Tujunga Car Wash the whole time. Recently someone side swiped my newly purchased 2013 Chrysler 200 4-door sedan that was in a big residential parking garage while I was visiting a friend. Whoever did it, took off without leaving any insurance info or contact information (what a surprise). The entire side from the front fender all the way to the rear bumper including both front and back doors had dents, scratches and creases and it looked terrible. I was opting to pay for this myself because of a high insurance deductible, so I drove around getting estimates. I went to a total of 5 different auto body shops in my area including Best Auto Body and Arman gave me a price that the other places could not even come close to. So I reluctantly went with Arman because of his great price, but I had reservations because his price was so much better than all the other shops, I thought it had to be compensated for in the quality of work. I dropped off my car and Arman had one of his employees give me a ride home. I have to admit, I worried the entire 3 days it took him to do the job. I worried that the work would not be up to par and had concerns about the paint not being matched properly with the unique blue color. Not only did Arman finish my car in 3 days, but the quality of work was masterful and the color matched exactly to the original paint. It looked like a work of art, a masterpiece actually, like a new car. I drove away a very happy man. If you ever need body work done on your vehicle, I'll stake my reputation with the promise that you will not be sorry if you take it to Arman over at LA Best Auto Body. Right behind the Tujunga Car Wash, that place you take your car to get washed every month. I went by today to check my floor checked as I ran over a curb and parts of the damaged floor were dragging when I drove around. I went by, was seen right away, they checked my floor, pulled off the damaged parts and then told me, no charge, have a nice day. Least I could do is leave a good review. I would leave 6 stars if I could! This is how you run a business.

This auto body shop is top-notch. My husband's car was hit and our insurance didn't cover it and so we had to find the best price since it was coming out of our own pocket. I took the car in to 5 different shops and not only did this shop have the best price (by FAR), but they went the extra distance and repainted and fixed up all the major dings around the periphery of the vehicle - at no extra cost. All the other shops wanted extra money for this - hundreds of more dollars. When we got the car back - no kidding - it looked like a new car. And, to top it off, they finished the entire vehicle in 4 days!!!! The other places were going to take 8 days to two weeks. So, we would have also had the extra expense of renting a car as well. In addition, Arman had us bring the car back a week later after the paint was completely dry so it could be buffed out again to make sure it was sparkling. Arman and the other lovely gentleman always picked up the phone, answered questions and just delivered 100% top service. I cannot recommend enough. Great prices, excellent manners, fast service....what more do you want?

Been going here even before it was owned by Armen. I've taken at least 3 cars here in the past, and my mom's multiple times, but this review is based on the most recent experience. Quality of job has gone down and the service was terrible. Don't expect a call back. You need to follow up every time. They will never call or message you. Try going during open hours and they are not there. You tell them you will be there and they don't show up. Having said that, they are cheaper than other auto body shops and do a decent job once it's finished...that's why I had always gone here in the past. But this time, the service was so bad, it didn't make up for the lower price. You don't yell at your customer about not wanting to polish something... Also, they went joy riding in my mom's car. Gas tank was above E when we left it. There's no reason to drive the car around but it was lit up when we picked it up. We didn't notate the miles as we didn't think they'd do something that shady, but they did. So make sure you note the mileage on your car if you do go here. I have more to say but trying not to make it personal. If they read this, maybe they remember me, but just know you lost a LONG time customer my friend. I have literally been there at least 5 times for repairs over the years. My mom's car got hit by a trash can that fell off a truck on the freeway recently, but I'll be taking this repair to another auto body shop. There are plenty of them in Tujunga. Look elsewhere.
