My first experience with the service center (last year) was absolutely horrible. They blatantly lied to me, the oil change took 6 hours, and the manager never replied to me when I tried to reach out to resolve it. That being said, I needed an oil change and this place was my only option so I went back. I spoke with several people there and told them about my experience the year before. Turns out they have a new manager and it seems to have made all the difference. The staff and manager went out of their way to make sure I was treated with respect and they got me in and out in under an hour. They have earned my business going forward and I really appreciate the efforts they made to ensure I had a good experience.

This will be my last time at this dealership. I have used LaFontaine cadillac and they are amazing. The dodge (fenton) location is an absolute joke. Lynn, Matt and the service manager are full of lies. Will tell you anything untill you catch them in a lie. My truck was sitting for days then a week without anyone to even inspect it. Was promised the world to make up for there lies then was disappointed again when I saw that my truck wasn't even looked at again. Decided to pick it up and move on to a better dealership (Szott in Highland). I should of stressed my anger to the service manager when I picked it up but her was being yelled at by two customers so obviously they have no idea what customer service is. Thanks for wasting my time!

I dropped my car off to the service center on Aug 6th 23 and was not given my vehicle back till 9/10. Had the car back for 24 hours and the check engine came back on Took it back to them and just received my vehicle back today 9/24 I would not recommend this place at all for any labor intensive work on your vehicle at all ESPECIALLY A DIESEL VEHICLE

A check engine light service call turned into a 8000 repair quote for a laundry list of items. Cancelled the service, received a quote from a small repair shop. $ 230 for a new air cleaner, it was restricting air flow. Never again.
