I brought my car to have service done at my local auto shop to have a leak fix that was leaking tranmission fluid from its tranmission oil pan. I showed Nick video footage that I have received from subaru dealership on what was going on underneath my vehicle, that I need to have the pan resealed to stop the leak. He was so confident enough to say that his shop could handle this repair. After having my vehicle for more than a day, I didnt hear back so I took ownership on contacting to ask for the statis of my vehicle and it happened to be ready. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I ask if the leak is fix, Nick again over so confident says yes that the leak is fixed. I end up paying for their service. I received a follow-up to see how things are going, as I monitor my vehicle it continues to have the same leak. I take my vehicle back for a 2nd time, now I'm losing money, time, and took days off of work. Nick says I promise you we will fix the issue. Back again I have faith but what was strange is that he try to say it had other leaks, which is not true. This 2nd time around again my car was kept a day and a half without notifying me that they would keep it longer. Again I take ownership and contact Nick, he then tells me that the shop is not qualified and do not have the proper tools to fix the issue. That they are not a transmission shop, to take it to a professional in that field. My car is running worse than what I took it in, let alone it's a 2023 vehicle. I asked for a phone call back from Nick, I didn't her anything back. I gave it a day and a half to reach out to him. I asked why did I pay for service that didn't get fixed? His response is, it did you brought in to reseal the tranmission pan and rambled about that I have further leaks. Not true at all. This establishment is a joke, why would take on my vehicle and then 2nd time around say that your guys are not qualified? I am baffled to the fake customer service, this man only tells potential clients what they want to hear, just rob them for their money. As soon as I stated I was contacting triple B, and having my lawyer contact. He then became unprofessional, said to loose his number, that he would not speak to me anymore, and to have my lawyer contact him. What kind of BS is this. I'm so pissed to have been of my money. Please do not go here, Nick is not trust worthy, I had a gut feeling about him when he was on the phone with another client, that phony customer service talk, which is all fake. Poor quality work, equals job not complete, issues added to your vehicle. If I could leave a zero star I would. Very poor experience here, now I'm forced to take it elsewhere and spend more cash!!!!

I’m completely satisfied with my experience at Marlar’s! My 1985 Toyota 4Runner had a blown head-gasket so I brought it in for repair. They were the first, and only, shop I called but I liked what I heard and they had lots of experience with 22RE engines. After pulling the head off we decided a complete rebuild was the best plan. I’ve never used this shop before so I took a big, and expensive, gamble despite the knowledge I have with with 22RE engines and general repairs. Carley and the team had excellent communication with me throughout the process. I was able to talk with their engine rebuilder personally so I knew exactly what was being done. Their mechanic did an amazing job getting all the work done and we even got the AC working again with the replacement of one line and a recharge. The rebuild came with a warranty and after 500mi they checked it all over for FREE! I’ve got over 1,000mi on it as of this review and it runs like a sewing machine! I’ve already recommended Marlar’s to a few Toyota peeps and I would certainly use them again for my other vehicles. Thanks Marlar’s!

Nick and his wife run a very efficient repair shop. Clear and honest documentation of my vehicles issues. The best shop that I’ve worked with in the valley in a very long time. We will be taking all of our cars there from now on!

Nick is awesome he fixed my Saturn for me so i can get a smog an did it so fast!!!! when everyone else told me to throw away the car there's no parts for the car he took the car in an fixed it there so awesome an amazing i will be recommending to everyone i know...

These dudes know what’s up. Spoke with Nick and he has Jaime do the work on my truck. I’m from out of town and was there on business when the starter on the truck stopped working. Call 4 different Ford dealerships and they either told me they couldn’t get the part or it would take a few days…. Was recommended to these guys and not only did they get the part right away, but they fixed it earlier than they initially quoted me. I cannot recommend these guys enough. In fact they impressed me so much I might drive my other trucks to them from out of state just because they are honest and fair. It’s hard to find a good shop, a honest shop, but these guys are it. Thanks Nick and Jaime. I’ll be see you guys soon.
