The best tire and auto care company in all of Lancaster! They performed exceptional service on my vehicle. Staff was very welcoming and kind. They’re very knowledgeable with vehicles and fix the issues at hand. I’d recommend everyone to get service by them wether it’s for tires or auto care. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been very busy this past week and finally found the time to write a review as they went above and beyond to help me out when I found myself with a flat tire,I was on my way to an appointment when I approached the railroad tracks on Ave J and Sierra Hwy when my tire quickly went flat,I didn't know what I was going to do and then noticed their big sign Lancaster Tire & Auto Care to the right of me,I got into the right hand lane and pulled in and they came out and checked it right away,it was a piece of metal and they were able to repair it and got me on my way to my appointment,but before that I had purchased some tires at a great price and made arrangements to have them installed a day later when I had another appointment,Jeffrey said it was no problem that he could drop me off and pick me up while my tires were being put on,I made it to my appointment and when I was done my tires were finished,I highly recommend Lancaster Tire & Auto Care as they are like the old mom and pop shops back in the day where they go above and beyond to help people out,I don't believe it was coincidence that brought me there,I believe that it was God that brought me there,Thank You So Much Jeffrey & Athena

Brought my 2017 Sonata Sport 2.4 here for servicing. My brakes needed some new pads but didn’t know other issues were occurring when I brought my car in. They did a 45 point brake inspection as well as a general inspection (leaks, damaged parts, general wear and tear and more). Turns out there was significant damage to the axle, spark plugs had corrosive residue, carbon buildup was present in the engine and brake pads were paper thin. I got a realistic quote for everything they found wrong and I didn’t feel cheated or that the work being done was overpriced. Fair and honest people here! They don’t BS you and say something like, ohhh well we found this issue and it costs this much. You need to replace it now or this might happen. They tell you something more like, here is what we found and we recommend this. They don’t pressure you into making a choice right away and if you say no they don’t push back. I had a few small adjustments that needed to be made after the service and they were more than welcoming with my concerns. They even did another inspection, after I made my concerns known, just to make sure everything was preforming perfectly. I very highly recommend Lancaster Tire & Auto Care for routine services! Best Dad/Daughter auto shop in town!
