Took a vehicle to Lane’s for a pre-purchase inspection. The staff was very prompt and took the vehicle back immediately to begin checking it over. They refused payment for the inspection and the technician refused a tip when offered. Great people, highly recommend.

Very professional and good priced service. They got me in the next day after I called and got done in a timely manner. They have key drop off also. Very good to work with, and seem like honest hardworking people. I would recommend!

Had to call around to get my car towed because my cv axles were broken. They towed my car, 2005 Honda Element, to their facility and called with an estimate the same day. After work was said to be done, went to pick up the car and it felt very weird to drive. Someone had put a ford tire and rim on a Honda Element and I did not realize until I got home. Called and they told me to bring in next day and they would make it right. Took the car back and they put the right tire on with the wrong lug nuts. The car still feels very bad to drive and I will never take my vehicle to Lane Automotive again.
