Had another shop try and fail 3 times to diagnosis the exhaust problem. My neighbor recommended Lanes auto in Parker, AZ. In about 1 hour the mechanic had it figured out. Two days later he had it repaired and I was on my way. This shop and it's mechanic did exactly what they told me they would do. A job well done and appreciated by me. While doing the above job the mechanic found a couple of other problems. Told me it was about a 2 day job to complete both. Less than a day and half they were done and I was on my way, again. Very happy with this shop. The staff actually makes you feel comfortable and are very welcome

We were on our way back from Lake Havasu in 111 degree weather to San Diego towing a boat and I had an issue with my front driver side tire by the time we hit Parker, AZ. I knew the tire wasn't going to make it all the way home and decided to reach out to a local tire shop and thankfully found Lane Tire who were able to get me in right away and I ended up putting a whole new round of shoes on my rig. They had us in and out in about 2 hours. Thanks for getting us back to San Diego safe!

From BC Canada on a permanent vacation in Parker when I got a check engine code. Justine was able to get me in.Robbie called to say it needed a tuneup.His price was fare.Got it done with GREAT SERVICE from Jacob. Runs better than EVER. I liked there Honesty, there Very clean SHOP and Waiting room. If you are traveling or a local and have vehicle troubles, these people are the people to call. Great Honest Service. Took my Ford Excursion for unusual noice, Justine was very nice and proffetional. Lane's was able to repair by ordering part and kept me updated on status. They had to keep the truck for several days. The waiting room is very nice and comfortable to wait, if needed. Nice to go to a car repair where people treat you warmly and keep one updated on what is happening.
